We are excited to share with you the next three organisations presenting for your support at our upcoming Spring Funder on 24th April, held at the offices of Corporate Member and partner, Reed Smith LLP.
We received a record number of applications from small Black-led non-profit organisations ‘doing for community’ across the country and while we can only support 3 at each event, your support makes a monumental difference to all our grantees. As members you help to sustain our work, making donations even when you can’t attend our events and those who can show up to our events, put their hands in their pockets whether it’s £10 or £1,000.
We love being able to bring these incredible organisations into your consciousness and demonstrate just how much good work is happening right on our doorsteps.
THANK YOU! We are so grateful for your participation. Black Funding Network wouldn’t be a conduit for change without you. Please keep supporting and spreading the word to help grow our small giving circle to something consequential.
We look forward to seeing you at our next event in April, and we hope you are as excited as we are to welcome three new organisations in the room making real change in our communities.

Launched in 2014, Fusion Scape is a dynamic organisation committed to advancing education and relieving poverty for children, young people, and families living in socially or economically disadvantaged communities, particularly in the United Kingdom. Their mission focuses on providing activities and training that enhance the mental, physical, and moral capabilities of individuals, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to thrive in society. In addition to educational support, Fusion Scape promotes entrepreneurship as a key avenue for empowerment. The organisation provides training and guidance on employment and business skills, enabling individuals to forge their own paths to success. Through their comprehensive programmes, Fusion Scape is dedicated to creating lasting change by equipping communities with the tools necessary for sustainable development and independence. By focusing on these two core objectives, Fusion Scape aims to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of those they serve, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable society.
Inside Out Well-being
Inside Out Well-being is a not-for-profit social enterprise founded in 2017 with a mission to transform mental health support through culturally-informed and trauma-sensitive services. The organisation is dedicated to breaking down barriers in mental health care, particularly for underrepresented Black and ethnic minority communities in the UK. Inside Out Well-being recognises the importance of culture and identity in mental well-being, integrating these factors into all aspects of care. Through a variety of services such as events, workshops, healing sessions, and specialised training, they empower individuals to understand and improve their mental health using an intersectional approach.
The team at Inside Out Wellbeing consists of trauma-informed professionals, including cognitive behavioural therapists, clinical psychologists, and social workers with extensive experience working within ethnic minority communities. Their evidence-based practices are combined with cultural sensitivity to create safe spaces where individuals can confront mental health stigmas and develop effective wellness strategies. With support from funding through Black Funding Network, they aim to expand their reach and offer more accessible services, including regular workshops and one-on-one support, to ensure that more individuals, particularly young adults, receive the mental health care they deserve. Through their continued growth, the organisation strives to create lasting, positive change in mental health care that is inclusive, culturally aware, and responsive to the unique needs of diverse communities.
